Cancellation Policy

The Legacy Session is a fully bespoke, professionally coordinated experience. Upon payment, your session date, studio time, production crew and courtesy transport are all reserved exclusively for your family.

For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We offer one complimentary reschedule with a minimum of 7 days notice. 

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days will incur a $300 coordination fee.

In the event of bereavement

If your loved one passes away after booking but before their session, we will issue a full refund with our deepest condolences. No questions asked.

In the event of serious illness or medical emergency

With a medical certificate we will reschedule your session at no charge.
